The physical Debit Card fee of LKR 600 was charged for the year 2021 and not for using the card in the past year or before.
The physical Debit Card fee can be refunded upon request from customer received via 'reach us' message, email or calling the hotline mentioning that he/she is not interested in using the physical debit card any longer.
The physical Debit Card fee will be refunded for cancellations that are received till 7th January 2021 11.59 pm.
